Defective items or merchandise damaged in the mail can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Please immediately notify us via email if your package arrived damaged. Refunds for damaged items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment; however, the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
