New Wave Wonders has specialized in unique & unusual items of every description since 1975. Our collectibles mail-order company initially specialized in professional wrestling which made a lasting impression on us when we first came across the chaotic ring drama while flipping the UHF TV dial back in the 1970s. From that moment on, we were hooked! We became one of the very first dealers in mat memorabilia, selling wrestling wares at sports collectibles shows, comic-book conventions, and regularly advertising in newsstand collectibles and wrestling periodicals.

By the mid-1980s, we were at the helm of numerous newsstand mat publications including: Celebrity Wrestling, Double-Action Wrestling, Gold Belt Wrestling, Official International Wrestling Insider, Powerslam Wrestling, Toxxxic, Wrestling Arena, Wrestling Confidential, Wrestling Fever, Wrestling Life, Wrestling Power. In 1992, we launched New Wave Wrestling, an internationally distributed newsstand magazine, which we continued to publish until January 2004. The magazine had been host to our wrestling mail-order company which has served fandom worldwide.

In 1999, we added www.newwavewrestling.net to our roster of projects. It was a full-service web site offering hundreds of rare rasslin' items for sale. In May of 2004, we created www.newwavewonders.com and expanded our cybercatalog to include the ultimate selection of Pop Culture Collectibles, Action Figures, Comic Books (Silver Age to Present), Trading Cards, Esoteric & Spiritual Items, Pro Wrestling Rarities, and Videos & DVDs!
